I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Of course, you can. Just make sure the adapter is in 5V. You can also charge it with other charging USB device

Is the pillow’s cover removable?
Our velvety soft pillow covers are removable and machine washable that can easily be spot cleaned with a damp cloth quick cleanup of spills and stains.

How to recharge?
Connected to the adapter via usb, the ac can be converted to direct current. so you need an input voltage of 110v to 240v and the output voltage is 5v adapter that comes with the reading lights. also you can connect with the computer or power bank.

What type of usb cable, is it type-c?
No，it is a standard Micro-USB cable. Our book lights / neck lights are all using micro-USB cable.

The reading light has three modes.The lumens of floodlight is 10 lumens(1 LED), The lumens of spotlight is 19 lumens（1 LED）,The lumens of spotlight and floodlight is 28 lumens(3 LED）,The lumens of spotlight and floodlight is 39 lumens（4 LED）

How long does a fully charged battery last? 
Takes only 2-3 hours to get fully charged and can last up to 6 hours with high brightness, 20 hours with normal brightness and 50 hours with lowest brightness.

Is the light waterproof?
The manufacturing process of the neck lamp is rigorous, and the humidity of the sweat is completely affordable, but we do not recommend to throw the neck hug lamp into the water to verify whether it is waterproof.
